breast implants

Some normal sized woman consider whether get implants for bigger boobs.

That is a personal choice. From my view point avoiding extra surgery is a good thing. The implants cost money not covered by most insurance unless after a mastectomy. What could go wrong? Every surgery has some risk of an adverse outcome, like death...

There are also complications like scarring or loss of sensation.

Smaller boobs sag less and look younger too.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

I've never been a fan of any surgery which involves 'improving' or enhancing the natural condition. In my experience it often has the opposite effect. Though I did have a fling with one girl who had implants, she felt much more confident and it made little difference. I've never yet kissed a girl with puffed lips though I understand that it leads to loss of sensation. These things are almost like a badge of honour for the youth of today.

Having said that, I understand it if someone really does have issues with their natural condition which can have a detrimental effect on mental health.

I have read that some women who spent time, money and effort added to their natural boobs removed the implants and returned to the natural look. I for one think Pam Anderson looked better before her implants.
