Honestly when I saw that word Misophonia..... I thought "me so phony ahh" fear of fake people maybe.... But after reading the definition I get it. In your case it may be a cross between aversion to certain sounds and aversion to rude fucks who's mommy never taught them table manners.

I've never heard of the condition until now. It can't be easy when someone aims and fires the trigger at you.

There is nothing worse than a seemingly well-mannered man in a restaurant placing food in his mouth and then chewing loudly and talking at the same time- it' a major trigger plus it's disgusting! I haven't gone ballistic yet but it's coming. Last time I just walked out

My trigger is hearing a drinks can being opened....the sound of that ring pull sends me into panic....all my family and close friends know. It brings back too many memories of an alcoholic husband.
