no need to record it. any store that has a customer service department also has audio and video. the thing they lack is proper training, and the ability to have the right people in the right places and if they have all that they also have a union therefore firing an employee is not as simple as trump's "you're fired!" slogan! sorry you had this problem. we will review the tapes and take proper action. thank you for shopping the big box store. there is a world of difference between insanity and stupidity

Sorry you had to go through that yesterday, some people are just so rude. I have noticed more people recordning their experiences. I guess they won't be being rude to you anymore good for you. And I am glad that the store owner fired her!! I hope your day is a smooth and wonderful one today..
