 any advice would help to ease the pain so to speak ..... Advice is not going to ease any pain. Easing of pain will take time.
Quite likely she will settle with another guy who beats women.

I do like this woman, has a great personality. ... Maybe you do like her, but you should go away. Don't try to save her. She has problems you're not equipped to deal with.
