The return of sandpaper feet....

The return of sandpaper feet....

Sounds like a bad sequel.

"She vowed never let it happen again.... It vowed it's ugly return! In this battle of good and evil, who shall prevail??"

Uh, yah.

Between trouser socks for work and pretty much neglecting my poor little feet for months....

Sandpaper feet PREVAILS!

Cripe...

In my half asleep, half awake st tonight, I rolled over in bed allowing one foot to be exposed in my tangle of bedding. Not wanting my foot to get cold, I planned on using my toes to drag the comforter over a little to bury my foot back beneath it.

What happened next was the stuff of nightmares.

The sound of my rough heel grazing across the comforter sent chills down my spine.

Good God!

It was like Velcro strips slowly being ripped apart. Nails on a chalk board would have sounded better!

This is going to take some work and a lot of TLC....

Wish me luck!

I've decided to treat myself to an at home spa day today. Sugar scrubs, face masks, foot treatments... The works!
Good for you girl. I am doing that on Sunday at home

One such purpose is healing dry and cracked feet. Wash your feet well before going to bed. Slather on coconut oil and put on a pair of clean, cotton socks. Wash your feet in the morning and dry them well.

I've got some callouses on the soles but my feet are soft
I'm envious... I long for soft feet. I'm giving myself an at home spa day today, maybe I'll be able to tame those beasts.

I am right there with you my friend. My feet are so dry it's not even funny. Someone one told me to use Coconut Oil and I will try that tonight. Winter does strange things to our bodies. Hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day

I found this on the internet. Apply Coconut oil to your feet and massage in thoroughly. Using a large bowl or basin, mix mint leaves and sea salt into hot water for 2 minutes. Add remainder ingredients into water. Soak feet for 10 minutes.

Ouch! You have my sympathy as I've got pain in my toe where I bashed it on my kitchen cupboard door yesterday. Couldn't sleep very well at all last night.
You need to be more careful! You make me worry....

I have coconut oil in my bathroom... I use it in my hair, I wonder if I can use it on my feet? I'm going to give it a try tonight!
