Did they have cold sores back in the day?? But always carry Compeed Cold Sore patches.......just in case........ Och, any auld tape'll dae the job!!

 Yeah, I found 'do not ask permission' pretty striking too!

Although, with this very gradual approach I guess the lady has plenty of advance notice to recoil, if she's not interested.
