there are other incentives , if you can get 300 or 500 viewers there is a big pay off, not sure but it does get done from time to time.. Thanks for providing the information I have seen it on Meelp's website before and have maxed out on some of the easy points. With Meelp putting the free points out there like this though it frustrates so many when some people do not even try to make an attempt to frame a question and put out a line "just for points" A lot of changes going on

Thanks for clarifying the current situation. Sadly, even if I gift points to standards, they don't know what to do with them. Apparently on the mobile app it's difficult/impossible (as I can't see what's the situation on the other end) to access the page explaining how the points can be used.

And as of the last few weeks, it seems I am charged 30 points just to view a cam that has buzzmode on, even if I turn buzzmode off after I have entered the cam to view. It used to be that I could click the buzzmode box to view without being charged, and would only be charged if I forgot to turn buzzmode off after entering their cam and accidentally clicked in their window, thus sending a buzz tip with the ding sound. Now I am charged 30 just to view I think, because the next day when I log in, my points are down by hundreds Furthermore, most broadcasters don't even have any toy actually connected. Just a way for the broadcaster and Meelp to get more points?
