 Apparently the block function doesn't work as it should.
My hypothesis is that it may not work on IM unless you have totally blocked them from your profile. Selecting only 'block on IM' won't work, not even for IM.
I think that's because the IM chats (and cam as well?) run on another site or server from the main site.
