It is very common up here in winterland... we have short days...... lack of sun...... cold and blustery our energy's are always at the lowest in January. Vitamin D helps.... and I like a hot cup of tea before bed

hey, I know how you feel. If you can't reduce or remove the various reasons, then try to find a destress thing for you. I like long walks - it allows me to think and I get some of that daylight stuff. if you have a hobby or something you can get lost in. I like a small beer and a long hot bath...too much alcohol just masks the problems, but a small one with a relaxing bath helps. Oddly, writing down a big list of all your worries seems to help as well. It's like it's taking it out of your brain and on to the page. Good luck.
