and the people that comment on your blogs.

But in all seriousness, I also have diabetes, (type 2) and I try to exercise and cut back on bread as much as I can. My doctor said at least 30 minutes a day of exercise would be good.

My husband was diabetic and I learned how to substitute things in my regular recipes. To this day, even though my husband has been gone for 17 years, I don't cook with red meat.

I love Ding Dongs, too. What a thing to get when you want to lose weight. Do you eat them all up and then start a diet or have one a week as a reward?

Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

i tried just about every diet on this earth...and now, i am trying Keto...and i lost about 10 pounds...of course, some day i got to binge on the carbs, but most of the time, i am completely out of carbs, and i feel good...my brother is 56...he had diabetus for over 10 years, and he lost half toe, and one of his eye...from complication, so i got to watch out what i neat now, too...

Energy in , energy out. dark green leafy veggies, water, water, I do like raw red meat, bear, elk, deer, Tuna and other fish cooked well ( except tuna like it raw), no processed sugar, organic flour for my bread, I like to eat, exercise, walking is wonderful, I don't call what I eat a diet, just eat in moderation, and make an effort to eat my greens, ect, .

I'm not exactly sure what ding-dongs are?
Anything to do with Rama-lama?

I'm not much for sweets, I like salty things like thighs and shoulders.

Not sure I like the look of those ding dongs.......but hey, chomp away McTive! I love those peanut butter pretzels you make over there though, and that Guldens mustard!

I understand that diabetes sufferers are particularly susceptible to Covid, I hope your pal stays safe!
