Going for gold?

Fairly new to the site and haven't decided to make the jump to gold membership as of yet. So this question goes to my fellow Meelp members, , female & couples that have made the jump to gold, (especially in Mi.). Have you found the gold membership worth the ? Interested in your pros/cons thoughts.
