 Perhaps its your approach. I mean...once it happens and they dont listen...ok. Twice.....hmmmm....More than that.....and with you being the common denominator in all of this. I would look within ~~

just be honest.....yep feeling will be hurt....but hopefully in the long run...they will appreciate the honesty~~
