 Well, in the old days you go to a bar or a party or if really desperate you pick up a prosti and get some when you need some. Today you spend all your time on a dating site trying to convince someone to give you the time of day. Then you give up and surf the net for porn and, meh, it's good enough. So yeah, I can see how the electronic age is not as fun-filled.
Even an herb as sweet as basil is nothing without its bite.

 I am having less sex now than 30 years ago, bypassing completely the married man time, when I was a faithful partner. Late teen years as a single, the mind was like " if it moves, I will fuck it, or at least try to". These days as an older single man, I now have experience, know what I like or not, I am more selective that the teen years, looking for different pleasures, and trying the quality and not quantity avenue, so understandably, I am having less sex. I would of thought in swing cases, that would be more or less the same line of thought too.

 most active time of my life was from mid 40's to mid 50's. Divorced at age 46 so was actively looking at the time.
