heres what happened


when I attempted to renew my gold..my computer had crashed and when I rebooted,an offer for gold at 48 bucks a year appeared on my screen..i attempted to accept to be shown that I was accepted for 30 bucks a month for 3 months.i called customer disservice and was told that their records didn't show I was made that offer..speaking to a supervisor didn't help as she said the same..i told her I wanted the year at 48 bucks and she said she cudnt do it..my reply was..as a 10 year customer,this 30 bucks was the last they ever get outta me..helluva way to treat a loyal customer huh?

wow, make sure you are not auto renew, awhile back some members were complaining that their credit cards and bank cards were getting charge without them signing up for auto renew, so make sure it is off and take your banking info and credit card info out

For what it's worth... I've always had far better results when I use live chat, than when I phone them.
They still suck. And this place could rock if they didn't... but, maybe you'll get better help? Hope so!

1st thing I did..turn off auto renew and I'm gonna change my card so it isn't hitablei told the service rep to kiss my ass..10 yrs this is the shit I git..

You could just become a kick ass blogger and they might hand you gold for free every two weeks...just for being popular.

Too right my friend.Now if we can all remember to do that while on our screens when we talk to customer service then we would have proof to show them...
