Middle of January I will reach an age of truly magical proportions. Maybe I should accept the truth. I lie about my age. I have been on this health kick, lost a bunch of weight. But it wasn't all loss. I swear my dick got bigger and harder. About the time I moved to Colorado Springs I went on a healthy lifestyle kick. I walk 2 or 3 and some times as much as 5 miles everyday. I dramatically altered my eating habits. As a result I am as healthy now as I can remember being. I have lost about 40 pounds and trimmed my waist from a 42 to a 36. I feel great. And my attitude is improved. I don't feel the need to seek approval from anyone. I am me and a pretty damn good me too. As you can imagine, losing that much weight, I have more energy. I am still a horny dirty old man, just a better horny dirty old man.
