I am curious about something and would like to know if anyone
else has experienced the same thing. First of all I am a gold
member and from time to time I respond to ads that appear
to be people that I am interested in and that have some degree
of compatibility with. In other words, we seem to match
up fairly well. I do not use one liners nor am I responding

What I hate more then anything is when a man views your picture
that you have sent him and his only response is cute. Puppies

Catalog of photo's for women to use! 11/17/2003
I'm just curious here as to women's profiles on
Meelp! How many have looked up a woman and see photo's
of her, only to see the same photo on anothers profile? Happened
to me twice! Now once might have been coincedence, but twice!
I appreciate the photo's ladies and only respond to
those with photo's, blind dates didn't work in
HS much less now!
But at least use your own pics. I'm not even ...

Why can’t people be honest in their profile? If you are a
married couple do NOT post that you are a single female.
We are not looking for another couple. If you do not play
without your husband/boyfriend then you are a couple,
not single, and I do not want to wade through your profile.

Snotty arrogant BBWs? Why? 4/2/2003
I've noticed that many of the "BBWs" on
this service think they are too good to reply to someone
who is 5 years older than them or more. Well, to be honest,
I don't judge a book by it's cover. That to me means
you may be a supermodel on the inside. It doesn't mean
you should be rude, judgemental, or generally hostile

I have read several articles relating to people answering
ads even though they don't fit what the person is looking
for and I have the same happen to me all the time. Most of the
time they don't bother reading. They just look at the
picture and I think I can say with certainity that the reason

Discreet relationship??? 1/18/2003
Help me understand something...many women will list "discreet
relationship" as what they are seeking. Doesn't this imply
a relationship that nobody is supposed to know...ie; where
one or both are likely married or in a relationship? I will
often respond to an ad with this listing only to get a response
(if I get one at all) that they are not interested in a married
guy. What gives?
